To get the most out of Clara, you need to increase her attack and critical strike stats as much as possible. Her passive ability, and ultimate both reduce the damage you take, so by focusing on her offensive stats you can deal the most punishment possible for even the smallest amount of damage taken. Best Clara Light Cone
The best Clara Light Cones are:

You’ll have to equip the full four-piece set to get this powerful buff, but the huge damage potential during longer fights is well worth it.
Best Clara Eidolon

Unlocking Eidolons for five-star Honkai Star Rail characters is a daunting proposition; the only way to gain the materials to increase your Eidolon level is by pulling duplicates, and as we know, those five-star pulls don’t come around very often. You are rewarded handsomely if you are able to unlock the last Eidolon for Clara, however, as it gives her a 50% chance to counter-attack an enemy if they hit one of her allies. This is a game-changer, as her extremely high damage output will no longer be solely tied to Clara taking damage. Eidolons are hard to come by, but you may be in with a chance to purchase them from the Starlight Exchange with Honkai Star Rail Undying Starlight, depending on the shop rotation.

The best team comp for Clara is:
- Clara – Tank
- March 7th – DPS
- Tingyun – Buffer
- Bailu – Support
Clara and March 7th have incredible synergy, so pairing them together in your Honkai Star Rail team comp is an absolute must. March 7th can bestow a shield upon Clara to improve her overall survivability, but that shield also doubles as an additional taunt, so that you can start stacking Mark of Counter immediately.
Clara’s kit makes her incredibly flexible, so you can opt for several sub-DPS or buffer options, including Herta and Pela for follow-up attack synergy and enemy defense reduction, respectively. We’ve chosen Tingyun for her impressive damage buff, which has the added bonus of not recognizing follow-up attacks as turns – and you’re going to be doing a lot of follow-up attacks in this comp.
Since this is a taunt-heavy team comp, we’ve taken Bailu as our dedicated healer thanks to her resurrective talent, which is all but guaranteed to keep targeted teammates on their feet. However, we can’t discount the efficacy of Natasha’s cleanse, which makes her a great alternative if you’re relying on free-to-play characters.
