The next Honkai Star Rail banner is ‘Sunset Clause’, featuring highly anticipated five-star unit Topaz & Numby.
This banner runs concurrently alongside the RPG game‘s very first banner rerun. Five-star powerhouse Seele makes an unprecedented return in her ‘Butterfly on Swordtip’ banner.
Both banners in the second phase of the 1.4 update feature increased drop rates for four-star characters Guinaifen, Luka, and Sushang.

The Honkai Star Rail 1.4 banners are likely to feature five-star characters Huo Huo and Argenti for the first and second phase of the update, respectively. We can also anticipate the debut of four-star character Hanya on at least one of these banners.

Current Honkai Star Rail event banner
The current Honkai Star Rail banner is ‘Gentle Eclipse of the Moon’, featuring the five-star character Jingliu (Destruction: Ice). This banner runs from Tuesday, October 10 to Wednesday, October 25, 2023.
Jingliu’s banner appears in the first phase of the Honkai Star Rail 1.4 update, and includes increased drop rates for four-star characters Tingyun (Lightning, Harmony), Qingque (Quantum, Erudition), and Sampo (Wind, Nihility).
Current Honkai Star Rail Light Cone banner
The current Honkai Star Rail Light Cone banner is ‘Brilliant Fixation’, which includes Jingliu’s five-star Light Cone: I Shall Be My Own Sword. Like the event banner, the Light Cone banner runs until Wednesday, October 25, 2023.
Generally, two limited-time event banners run concurrently over the course of a single phase, featuring a limited five-star character and their signature Light Cone. Three other four-star characters and Light Cones appear alongside them, and all have an increased drop rate – effectively, if you were to pull a five-star or four-star on either of these banners, there’s a 50/50 chance that it’ll be one of the characters or Light Cones that feature on the banner itself.
Honkai Star Rail standard banner
The Honkai Star Rail standard banner is called ‘Stellar Warp’, and is a permanent fixture that offers the chance to pull from the standard pool of characters and Light Cones.
Unlike the event banner, the Honkai Star Rail standard banner only requires regular Star Rail passes, which are far more common than their special counterparts.
